Keeping you compliant

We offer a range of compliance packages to make sure you don’t miss your annual smoke alarm or gas heater checks.

Auto warnings and caution alerts

If there is a maintenance issue at your property that could be dangerous to tenants, our maintenance app, ToopFIX provides a number of automated warnings, cautionary alerts and prompts to make sure your tenant is given important safety information there and then.

We have a senior Corporate Support team that oversees South Australian Civil Administration Tribunal (SACAT) hearings. Our CEO Suzannah Toop was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2017 and provides guidance to the team if and when required.
