TOOP clients are granted exclusive access to our network of over 5,800 active tenants, up to 2 months in advance. This means our investors can experience zero downtime and avoid the cost of traditional advertising. With over 33% of our properties being leased before hitting the public market, we are not only saving our landlords on average $868, but our clients on average have each earned more than $2,000 in additional income.

TOOP Renter Profiles:

Once a tenant applies for a TOOP property, their screened application goes on to form part of their renter profile. These profiles provide our landlords access to a valuable database of pre-screened and preapproved tenants, helping them to secure their next tenant ahead of time. Within the last 60 days we have had over 890 pre-approved tenants seeking a TOOP property, equating to over 52 quality tenants per property.
