James, who was born overseas and spent some of his childhood in Germany before moving to Adelaide in 1995, has always had a passion for real estate.
His first foray into the industry came as a 15-year-old doing work experience.
After completing secondary schooling, he worked in the building industry, where he learnt carpentry and plumbing skills. This has served him well in understanding the complexities of home construction and has allowed him to confidently provide advice on property renovation tips and techniques.
James has enjoyed a rapid rise since starting his formal real estate journey in 2016, first working as an assistant and leasing partner in property management before his transition to sales in 2018.
