Vault unlocks powerful buyer database
Ideal for a discreet, targeted property campaign, TOOP VAULT continues to consolidate its standing as one of Australian real estate’s most effective off-market selling tools.
The innovative, unique feature, devised by TOOP+TOOP'S nationally recognised team more than seven years ago, enables vendors to sell their home off-market, while tapping into an eager database of more than 19,500 members who have registered their personal details and property preferences.
On average, there is more than one home sold through the TOOP VAULT each week, accounting for almost 10 per cent of all TOOP+TOOP sales.

“The Vault allows vendors to list their property without being released to the broader public.

TOOP VAULT members receive email alerts when suitable properties are added to the Vault, based on the property preferences they list when registering.
Private and VIP inspections can then be arranged under conditions that suit the vendor.
TOOP VAULT offers a controlled, secure selling environment, with TOOP+TOOP having access to the details of everyone who views a property.
TOOP VAULT properties also appear in the search feed of the toop.com.au website – but property details and images are blurred. Members are able to unlock these properties and view homes first.
This has proved a particularly effective tool in enticing genuine buyers to enquire about Vault listings, realising they have been missing out on viewing homes that match their criteria.
