TOOP+TOOP has been formally recognised as one of the nation’s premier real estate agencies.

Already Australia’s most awarded residential agency, TOOP+TOOP has been named among four finalists in the Annual REA Excellence Awards’ (AREAs) Residential Agency of the Year category for 2021.

TOOP+TOOP is the only South Australian finalist. The other contenders are Sydney agencies Cunninghams and DiJones, and Queensland-based Kollosche.

TOOP+TOOP Sales Partner Thomas Crawford has also been recognised for an outstanding 2021, earning a position among the top 10 residential agents in SA. The award acknowledges the best residential sales agent in each state, based on factors that consumers find most important when selecting an agent – the number of properties they have sold, value of properties sold and their Agent Ratings and Reviews. This award is powered by REA data.

The AREAs are backed by the REA Group, whose products include Australia’s most popular real estate portal, realestate.com.au. The awards are considered among the property industry’s most prestigious honours.

This latest achievement follows similar industry recognition in the Real Estate Business (REB) awards.

TOOP+TOOP has been shortlisted in the 2021 REB Metropolitan Sales Office of the Year category, while Sales Partner Sally Cameron is a finalist in the Metropolitan Sales Agent of the Year.

TOOP+TOOP Owner/Director of Residential Sales, Bronte Manuel, said the award nominations were the culmination of an outstanding team effort.

“It’s quite humbling to be recognised alongside some of Australia’s most high-powered agencies on the eastern seaboard,” Mr Manuel said.

“I think it’s a reflection of the commitment of our entire team over the past 12 months, from our front desk staff through to our top-selling agents.

“While winning awards isn’t our biggest priority, it’s nice to know the service we are providing our clients here in South Australia sets the bar for the nation.”

AREAs winners will be announced on March 24, while the REB award winners will be revealed on March 3.
