The best feature of the house is definitely the old meets new atmosphere,” owner Bryan says. 

“We kept the traditional Croydon bungalow feel on the outside of the home but redid the inside to emphasise the home’s amazing natural light 

“The open kitchen and lounge room facing the backyard and pool provides a perfect space for entertaining and family living.” 

Bryan grew up in the house before purchasing it from his parents three years ago.  

“When my parents sold the house, I suddenly realised how unique the family home was,” he says. 

“The area, the space, the vicinity to the city, it was all there.” 

Bryan revamped the home to include a modern wooden deck, heated spa, pool and outdoor kitchen area.

“It combines the family atmosphere with a bit of a modern twist

Toop&Toop Sales Partner, Thomas Crawford, who has been living and selling in West Croydon for the past five years, has seen it grow from strength to strength. 

“The area is booming consistently both in terms of capital gains and rental returns,” Thomas says.
