On Saturday night, we gathered at Rosemont Hall for our 2025 Annual Awards to recognise the standout achievements of our sales and property management teams over the past year. It was a night to celebrate individuals and teams who have set new benchmarks for service, innovation, and performance in South Australia’s real estate market.
A Year of Market-Leading Results
In a year where sellers’ expectations often outpaced buyers’ offers, our team navigated the market with skill and care, achieving record-breaking outcomes while protecting our clients’ best interests.

Our team’s $900M+ in sales this year was matched by an average sale price of $1.6M and a continued increase in our market share above $1.5M. We are proud to hold the highest sale price in 76 suburbs consistently outperforming agencies many times our size through our focus on value over volume.
