Lindsay Park at Angaston in the Barossa Valley was established by one of the founding fathers of South Australia, George Fife Angas, and his son John Howard Angas in the 1840’s. It was held by the Angas Family until being purchased by prominent horse racing identity Colin Hayes in 1965.
