Toop&Toop collects and holds personal information about you when completing this online Registration to become registered as a Seller.
 
Other information may be collected from you at later stages by telephone, e-mail or in writing when processing your Registration or when we make contact with you.
 
This information is needed so that we can provide our real estate services to you, and in particular so that ultimately we have clear instructions regarding the marketing and offering for sale of your property.
 
The Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Act 1994 (SA) and Land Agents Act 1994 (SA) require us to collect (and in some cases retain) certain information about property related transactions.

You authorise the use of your personal information by Toop& Toop to provide you with further information about our products and services.
