RENTING

When renting, negotiation of the lease including all preparation of any special clauses will be co-ordinated with the Landlord/Property Manager.

An inspection of the property will be conducted prior to the commencement date of the lease. We will ensure that the property is clean and any maintenance required is undertaken before moving in.
