Relocation

When purchasing, we can arrange:

• A free appraisal of the property with one of our zoned sales partners who is an expert in the particular area.
• An independent valuation service.
• A building inspection.
• Advice from one of our in-house auctioneers or someone to represent you at the auction.
• Conveyancer/Land Broker.
• Assistance with your application to the Foreign Investment board if you are not currently a resident of Australia.
• At settlement, we will arrange for the collection of keys, liase with removalists and storage facilities and drive you to your new home.
