Toop&Toop reinvented Property Management by establishing our specialist team structure which is based on the four keys areas of Property Management - Leasing, Management, Maintenance and Administration.  Traditional models are flawed since the skill set of these four areas varies widely.  Our landlord have confidence that rather than just one person working on their behalf, a specialist team of four individuals works with them to achieve the desired results, yet retaining a single point of reference which is what makes this structure so unique.

In addition each team is backed by:

Executive Manager - leads the whole division ensuring all standards are met and exceeded.

Business Development Manager - identities and secures new managements and oversees the Leasing Team

Trust Administrator - one independent person in charge of the Trust Account avoids multiple "fingers in the pie" and ensures accounting is accurate and timely. This person is like an internal "auditor", keeping an eye out for any issues.

Sales Partner Property Management - this unique role give landlords a direct point of contact with a dedicated specialist Sales Partner for sales advice and service.
